Airport Pick-ups or service from the airport is also called Meet & Greet service. To book a meet & greet you need to provide us with your Airline, Flight number, Arrival time, Number of the passengers, A contact name, and the Destination address. We will monitor the flight by calling the airline directly and your limo driver will be there at the Airport from the time your plane actually lands.

If you are arriving from United States or Internationally, you have to clear Canada Customs and your driver can not come to that area. There are Porters in Customs area who can help you with your luggage, should you need help. You will meet your driver on the International lobby which is the area after Customs. He will be holding a Sign with the contact name on it. After meeting and greeting with you, he will give you a hand with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle to be driven to your destination.

If you arriving from a Canadian city , you will not go through Canada Customs. Your driver will be holding a sign around the baggage carousel which is assigned to your flight and after meeting and greeting with you, he will give you a hand with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle to be driven to your destination.
